I am a culture builder, problem solver, servant leader, data enthusiast, energetic communicator, and a relentless believer that ALL students can learn.

I have been an elementary and middle school leader for 10 years. I am the proud Vice Principal of the Northside Alternative Middle School in Northside ISD. IN 2005, I was named a First Year Educator of the Year in NISD. These experiences have given me the opportunity to lead and influence elementary and middle school teachers throughout the district.

My purpose for being an educational leader is to connect with students of all types, regardlessof social or economic status, and create a space where they feel supported, confident and safe; to give them the tools they need to build the future they deserve.
