Karen Smith

I live in Canterbury, England, where I facilitate Moon Lodge circles for women, and work as a Shamanic Practitioner. My work is about helping people to connect with their inner resources and the natural cycles and resources of life.

In March 2019 I will facilitate "Introduction to Shamanism" workshops.

My Shamanic practice is called "Red Spiral".

Combining shamanic techniques and embodied practices as well as myths and archetypes, I offer a unique "re-connection" therapy.

I also offer astrologically informed guidance or readings.

I hold Master's degree distinction in Myth, Cosmology & the Sacred from Canterbury Christ Church university. My dissertation research is on menstruation as a symbol of renewal.

Trained in rites of passage for girls between the age of 10-12, I am in the process of setting up 'Girls Journeying Together' circles in Kent.
