Those are qualities that have driven me in my career aspirations in clinical data management and global operations

■ Throughout my tenure at various role, I've been faced with many challenges such as project complexity, budgeting, tough timelines and resource management, however at the same moment the expectations were very high to deliver the FTQ. I've managed those challenges with an ease to the satisfaction of my superiors with consistency

■ Although above experiences have shaped my career, I’ve found that the responsibilities I held could only be managed by an individual with resolve. It is my belief that this passion is the key to being successful in any endeavor that one set’s their mind to. This dedication and attentiveness are essential principles needed to improve not just a single contributor, but team as whole.Without enthusiasm, patience and some degree of positivism,we can't bring about the change that is needed to better the lives of those who seek our end product

■ My expertise is not only restricted to trial design, development, implementation and maintenance rather to play SME/POC roles to provide technical advise.
