Teddy KABERUKA

Hello, I’m Teddy. I’m an Economic and Economic Policy Analyst as well as an Expert in Project Management living in Rwanda, fan of technology, entrepreneurship and travel.

Teddy is Co-founder & Regional Director of M4Progress Limited, which is an International Consultancy firm headquartered in UK whose purpose is to actively bring counterparts together to conclude business deals. Teddy is an accomplished analyst, with nearly 15 years’ experience, providing critical market intelligence and strategic direction to investors and business executives navigating an increasingly complex, connected world. Not only he is a business plan expert, he is also a successful investment and portfolio manager in both full profit business and socio enterprises. Teddy conducted many consultancies assignment in the area of organizational capacity building, research, Monitoring and Evaluation, strategic planning and Market Analysis. He is a frequent judge of business plan competitions and he is also a mentor in different programs for youth.

Prior to join M4Progress Ltd, Teddy worked for different international organizations including Global Communities, Women for Women International, UNDP/MVP, Population Services International, The Access Project; where he managed multiple projects. Also, Teddy conducted different research/surveys as baseline, impact evaluation and end line evaluation for different project in socio economic development and public health sector.

Since 2011, Teddy has been working as an economic analyst doing media interviews or facilitating economic forum both locally and internationally. He has participated in different topic discussions on the economic situation of Rwanda, the Great lake region, Eastern African community, Africa and developing countries at large.

Teddy’s knowledge of both marketing and business development affords him the ability to provide consulting services to startups and support business development.
