Hey y'all! My name is Kaci and I could NOT be more excited to be a Bulldawg! I am from Acworth, Georgia, went to Allatoona High School (Go Bucs!), and am majoring in Journalism with a minor in Spanish. Whoo!
A little about me:
- I love Jesus. And cupcakes. I don't know how I would live without either!
- I am an admitted "Plan-aholic". And I'm okay with it. While I love being spontaneous and having fun, I never miss an opportunity to plan a good event or party!
- Service is my passion. Nothing makes me happier than being able to help others in need.
- I am loud and proud! I am not afraid to speak my mind and you will definitley know when I am excited about something!
- I love the south. Sweet tea, monograms, mason jars, football, "y'all"...does life get any better?
- I'm a baseball girl. My dad has worked in baseball my whole life and I was even named after the infamous "Casey at the Bat"!
- Audrey Hepburn is my role model. She is the epitome of class and the way she used her fame as a platform to serve the world is a true inspiration.
- I love jammin' to good music. Sometimes you just need a little T-Swift to help you get through the day.
- I love shoes, but I love the shoeboxes even more. For the past 5 years, I have planned and hosted Teen Shoebox Parties to collect toiletries for homeless youth. Feel free to ask me more about my shoeboxes, I would love to tell you all about them!
- My family is my rock. They inspire me more than they know. I have seen my loud, Italian family overcome so many obstacles and they give me the hope I need to do the same.
- I want to see the world. I definitley have the travel itch and can't wait to study abroad during the summer while I am here at UGA. I am fascinated by other cultures and want to experience as many as I can!
- I LOVE SGA. I joined SGA during high school and by the time I was a senior, I was Student Body President. My high school experience was great because of SGA and I know it will do the same for me here at UGA!
- I am ready to make my mark on the world. My biggest goal in life is to make a difference.
