Kadee Norstedt

Originally from North Dakota, I was transplanted to Portland at a young age and grew up in the Beaverton area. I was introduced to real estate when I was six years old and my parents began “flipping homes” with the help of my three older brothers. I quickly fell in love with real estate, especially historic Portland homes and new modern design. Years after graduating from the University of Oregon I decided to pursue a career in real estate and haven’t looked back. I’ve found my place here at Inhabit Portland and have never been happier!I have a passion for working with buyers, particularly on investment properties. I use my knowledge of real estate, relationships with the community and connections to local industry leaders to find exactly what you’re looking for. I enjoy previewing properties to stay in tune with the Portland market, but most importantly, because I truly love looking at real estate.After living on the west side for over 20 years, I decided to lay down my roots in the North East Portland neighborhood of Alberta with my dog Oscar! I'm a huge crafter, so I spend a lot of my free time making hand stamped greeting cards. Like most Oregonians, I enjoy spending my time outside being active and eating at all of the amazing restaurants that Portland has to offer!
