IT Recruiter (US Staffing and Recruitment)

Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment and placement.

As a Recruiter, involved in end to end recruitment process:

• Taking the Requirement from the Clients or Manager.

• Sourcing Candidates from various job Portals such as Monster, dice, indeed etc.

• Job postings for the assigned requirements.

• Initial screening and gap analysis with reference to Experience and Relevant Skill sets.

• Short-listing the candidates as per client's requirements.

• E-mail and Call them to check for their availability, Rate etc.

• Taking a quick interview about their experience, skills and Projects.

• Taking the Rate Confirmation and Exclusivity Form from the interested good candidates.

• Submitting their Profiles to the Clients.

• Scheduling interviews for candidates.

• Updating Tracker Sheet of candidates.

• Regular follow up with clients and candidates.
