Hey, I’m Kai. I’m a programmer living in Leeds, UK. I'm a freelance programmer, with experience in writing libraries, commandline applications, and chatroom bots.

My language power rankings:

Python - My primary and preferred. Let's me write scripts quickly and efficiently.

Go - A new favourite, still in early days of learning, but so far, impressed.

Ruby - One I like, but don't use much.

Javascript - It grew on me. It's useful.

Lua - Only use it when I have to.

Julia - Seems interesting, on my list to learn more and follow.

Kotlin - Like Julia.

Rust - Doesn't seem terrible, but long compile times and large space requirements is offputting.

Java - Not a fan. Too sluggish.

C/C++ - Unpopular opinion, but not a fan. I would prefer to use Go and interact with C systems through that, than use C itself.

Perl - Still an unknown, dabbled a little, but thats it.
