I am a maker. I learn by making things. I keep trying even when I get stuck. I make connections from one topic to another. I share my creations with other people. I observe and listen and draw inspiration from around me. I find and build communities where everybody is welcome. I keep imagining, wondering and asking questions. The pace of innovation has exploded, turning our industry upside down. Innovation is reshaping everything: What we make, how we work, even how we define what we do. I want to affect this change, not just react to it.
