Kai Sieveke

I began in Communications in the early 1990's and focused in beam-radio and data-exchange. Additionally I built up the IT sector with Development of applications and network services.
After Studies in techn. Computer Science (Diploma) and Business Information Systems (M.Sc.) I divided my focus and started the Consulting Way on the one hand, and raised the Development Way on the other hand.

At the Development Way I've been climbing a big Rock with breaks in Productmanagement, (Multi-)Projectlead and Head-of-Development. While the worlds focus is on mobile solutions, apps and cloud-based services, I found my passion in architecture, design and building Web Applications.

With the Consulting Way I drove a more smoothe vehicle and reached a Milestone doing Management Consulting, Process Design and Architecture, Training and Coaching.

Now focusing on Business Transformation, Digital Transformation and Process Design - besides several tasks in Interims Management.

I think to focus on the essential parts is key to customers success!
