Kai Altenfelder

I am the Managing Partner at pro accessio GmbH, a management consultancy, enabling organisational growth. I am currently living in Bremen, Germany. My professional interests range from personal to organisational development. I am also interested in dealing with innovation and complexity. I give advise about project and business process management.

I am the President and member of the board of the German Chapter of the Association for Services Management International. Our members are executives in service organisations of high-tech industries providing knowledge-intensive services.

Since 2016 I am the first certified KCS trainer in Germany. KCS stands for Knowlegde Centered Service and is a methodology to create knowledge as a byproduct of solving problems. It helps to improve customer experience and satisfaction without the need to adding resources to the service center.

In 2019 I added Intelligent Swarming to the portfolio. This methodology is a new way to align resources to work. It involves removing the tiers of support and, when appropriate, calling on the collective expertise of a “swarm” of analysts.
