My name is Kailey Steele. I am currently a third-year student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I am a member of the Isenberg School of Management, presently working towards a BBA in Marketing. In addition, I am also pursuing a BA in Spanish. In the future, I hope to find work in international business and forge paths for businesses between countries and cultures. I want to work in this department due to my passion of traveling and interest in culture.

My passion for travel began approximately 3 years ago when I was given the opportunity to travel to Germany. Since then, I experienced 5 weeks traveling all over Italy and spent 4 months studying in southern Spain. Due to these experiences, I've also been able to experience Portugal, France, and England. Although my focus has been mainly on the Spanish culture thus far, I hope to expand my knowledge of other cultures within the coming years.

I am passionate about traveling, not only because I like seeing the world, but also because experiencing how other cultures live fascinates me. I believe that a significant part of my success will come from understanding, and experiencing how morals and lifestyles of other countries. Also, I feel that as I increase my understanding and experiences throughout the world, I have more to offer in my education, in my career, and in my relationships.
