The role education plays in a person's life is to introduce them into bigger and brighter ideas. Education allows a person to expand their thinking. It gives a great example of hard work pays off in the end. I know education helped me with working with other people and being reliable with my part. It definitely improved my attitude and my knowledge. My accountability has improved throughout my years of high school which has helped with my confidence overall. I've realized that when you excel into the next grade of high school with bigger challenges it prepares you for the different obstacles you will go through in your occupation. You meet new people and are always greeted with an ultimatum. Which again just prepares you for the different jobs you will have once you end this chapter of life. You can be any age to go through education but high school is a special developing point for a good career. My biggest improvement with high school is having the realization that I'm not going to get what I always want. And sometimes I'm going to have to put a little more effort or just go the extra mile when needing to achieve something.
