Kaimare, known to many as Kai, was born and raised in the southern most isles of the Caribbean, Trinidad and Tobago. Passionate about sports and assisting others reach their full potential, Kai has been working with competitive and elite athletes since 2012. His first professional sport psychology experience occurred while working in the Elite Development Performance Unit (EDPU) at the Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago (SporTT) where he worked alongside sport psychology consultants providing services to several athletes and teams on a national level. Since then, Kai has spoken and consulted with various Division I athletes, teams, coaches, and elite academies assisting individuals and teams achieve their desired level of performance and success.

Kai's passion for sports and willingness to assist others also led him to be an assistant head soccer coach for various youth coaching schools and programs in the past, molding him into the leader that he is today. In addition to working with athletes, Kai also has an impressive history of athletic participation with Kai being competitively involved in a variety of sports from his time as the captain of a men’s hockey team in Trinidad and Tobago to representing various soccer clubs in Chicago and Florida. Integrating his enthusiasm and passion for sports with his experiences as a consultant, coach, and athlete, Kai currently collaborates with his team at The Performance Pursuit to provide the most holistic sport psychology consulting services available to athletes, coaches, and exercisers in the Chicagoland area.
