I'm currently a service desk analyst at Data#3 since July 2014
My role currently involves handling a large number phones on a daily basis to assist with troubleshooting for any and all issues/requests that the customers may have.
I work on cases that are assigned to me and see the request through from start to finish
I personally prefer to take a polite and professional approach rather than a technical approach.
Outside of work i like to play videos games, socialize with friends or spend the day somewhere interesting and different.
