Kaitlin graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a bachelors degree in English, with a concentration in creative writing. Fresh out of college with moths in her bank account and a passion for language, she managed to find a way to combine a job with her favorite hobbies: writing... and the internet.

As the Director of MIH at Morlando Technologies, Kaitlin wears many hats, which includes:

• Project and account management of multiple clients, including the company's most high-end clients
• Management of several employees in the Long Island area
• Content writing and editing for websites, including the company's corporate and local site as well as sites developed for clients
• Marketing material design in Adobe Photoshop and HTML editing in Adobe Dreamweaver

When she's not working, Kaitlin can usually be found taking pictures of her extremely strange-looking dogs, gardening (if it's warm!) or knitting (if it's not so warm!), or pondering when she will be able to move back up to the mountains.

If there's one experience she has come to love while working with MTech, it's the interaction with clients and the satisfaction of seeing people's reactions when they see a job well done. Granted, that line may have been cheesy (though true!), but we did say she was a writer!
