Kaitlin Coleman

I am an MBA student at Babson College. I serve on the Net Impact and Babson Board Fellows leadership teams and I am a member of the Babson Association for Women MBAs. I am also the 2013-2014 Graduate Student Council Director of the Center for Career Development Relations.

I started my career in a leadership development rotation program at The Boeing Company and have experience in many areas including investor relations, corporate finance, corporate citizenship, revenue management, government contracts, supplier management, business operations, and project management.

I Ied a global virtual team of volunteer coordinators to plan and implement the Boeing Global Day of Service. I volunteer at The Possible Project, a youth entrepreneurship center that teaches high school students to start and run their own businesses. I am committed to being a leader in my community, both personally and professionally.

I am interested in organizational development, employee engagement, social enterprise, consulting, health and well-being, sustainable business, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
