I am the founder of the Lake Norman Real Estate Team which was formed in late 2016. Prior to that I was the founding partner for the Betts Byrnes Team. The business model is still the same. Helping both Buyers and Sellers in the Lake Norman Area with all their Real Estate needs. Our goal is to make it as stress free and enjoyable as possible.

My background is in Estate Planning for twenty three years and my passion is the marketing. I am able to really focus in on the market value of a home we put on the market or when helping a buyer. For all our sellers, marketing in a unique and specific way is essential to get maximum results.
