I specialise in applied research in the internet and technology sectors (currently at British Telecom, previously at BlackBerry and Forrester Research). My job is to uncover consumer insights using psychology and behavioural research.
I am passionate about exploring new technologies through the lens of consumer behaviour. Nothing excites me more than learning about new trends/insights, and applying them to commercial business opportunities.
I am a firm believer in the importance of knowledge transfer. As such, I contribute my professional expertise to teaching and research. I regularly lecture at ESCP Europe, London campus, as a guest. I have also been involved with a research project and co-authored a paper in collaboration with King's College Center for Risk Management.
Currently, I explore the changing nature of consumer attitudes in response to the privacy issues brought about by new technologies. In my view, this is one of the most crucial concerns of the information age.
