Josh Good Biography

Ka-Ko Is a music producer brought up from the east of England who blends the genres of hip hop and alternative rock to create a sound with the attitude of punk rock and the urban soul of hip hop that builds a unique contrast between well known musical styles and engages listeners to something completely different.

Joshua Good (Ka-Ko) has not always wanted to create music but not just affiliate with one genre specifically, since studying music production in high school through to his late teenage years becoming a traditional music producer for other artists was all he was working toward until he decided to start composing his own music, this is where his unique creativity sparked and thought, why devote to just one genre of music, why not blend cultures to create something different, something new.

Growing up Josh was a keen listener and fan of punk rock music from the England scene in the 70’s and the american hardcore scene in the 1980’s but also admired the attitude of this that echoed into the birth of hip hop, the sense of rebellion against the usual way of creating music, this idea of rebellion in these genres stuck with josh until he thought of the idea of rebelling against popular music culture himself by blending these styles together to create something unique in its entirety.
