Kaleb Paten is a young Newcastle based entrepreneur, commencing in his first business in direct sales at the young age of 16.

In the following years, Kaleb was in-between several employment-based positions while still working side projects to furthermore expand his current skills and learn an array of new talents which have proved imperative to his current successes.

2016 saw the completion of a short career in Residential Real Estate sales with one of Newcastle's leading agencies. Within several days Pacific Maintenance was born with a dream of providing the very best in cleaning and maintenance services throughout Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Kaleb’s passion for world-class service and commitment to YES, the can-do attitude which has attracted key individuals to assist in making Pacific Maintenance a Newcastle leader when it comes to choosing from a magnitude of cleaning and maintenance services.

Kaleb stands as the Director of Pacific Maintenance and has assisted other startups in acquiring new clients through joint venture structures associated with Pacific Maintenance and our surrounding professional network, Kaleb is a shareholder in other serviced based companies throughout the local area.

On a more personal note, Kaleb enjoys more than just a business challenge, he puts himself in the unfavourable areas of ultra-endurance sports predominately Ultra Running.

Kaleb has committed to several marathons and ultra-marathons with very little training. If you ask Kaleb what he likes about it, he’s reply more often then not will be ‘ I’m curious to see just how far you can go when you physically think you cannot go any further ’.

This range of physically demanding feats can often attract Kaleb doing it in support of charitable contributions to raise awareness for both organisations and individuals.

Although Kaleb’s Schedule doesn’t allow for much time off, he has a real interest in travelling Domestically and internationally in the future, both for personal exploration and business advancement. Through the outdoor adventures embarked on in the last several years, Kaleb has a heartfelt passion to reduce human impact on the planet by reducing waste through conscious consumerism and correct waste management strategies with popular and user-friendly innovations.
