Kalpana Nagampalli

An intellectual property litigator at Feldman Law Group, Kalpana Nagampalli has worked with clients that produce a wide variety of unique goods, ranging from auto parts and industrial products to jewelry, apparel, furniture, home décor, and luxury products. In representing her clients, she litigates disputes over the intellectual property of these products and also prosecutes copyright and trademark applications. In an increasingly global economy, many intellectual property disputes are international in scope; Kalpana Nagampalli’s educational and professional background in both India and the United States make her a valuable addition to her firm.

Although the Feldman Law Group is Kalpana Nagampalli’s first American employer, she has worked at several law firms in India. While pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Law and her Bachelor of Laws in India, she served as a Summer Associate at three different firms, one of which is India’s leading intellectual property firm. After earning her degrees, she served as an Associate at Singhania & Company, becoming well versed in dispute resolution, international law, and foreign collaborations.
