I have always grown up wanting to be my own boss. Owning my own business has been an aspiration of mine. I have talked to many business owners in the last few years and I have learned that it is not as easy as it seems to own and operate a startup, it comes with a lot of hard work and doesn't always go according to plan. Running a business requires lots of patience and time, and only then will you see the benefits of your labor. I have been to many schools in when I was younger; traveling from one city to the next has never been easy. I would always have to make new friends and the only I could was to be as outgoing as I could in order to meet new people. I have always loved the interaction that takes place between people; I find it very amusing how everyone has their own way of capturing attention and gaining peoples respect. I have always found it easy to talk to people and that is why I have always had sales jobs growing up.

As a child I never thought I would like business so much, I always wanted to be an airline pilot up until I was 20 years old. That dream never happened and I moved on to something else that interested me which was business. I have seen many companies flourish in Canada and I think it is essential for small business to operate. There can be a big financial gain if a business idea is started at the right time. I believe there is always opportunity for people who are looking to succeed.

I never thought I would want to be in school to learn about business. This is my last course at Algonquin College, after this I will finally obtain my SME diploma which after that I will be enrolling at Carleton University to complete more schooling in business. Algonquin College has given me an amazing eye opening experience in to the world of entrepreneurship. I never thought I would learn so much about running my own business. I hope to one day put this knowledge to use.

Hobbies:

I don't have many hobbies outside of my work and school life, but when I do have time you will find me at the gym doing weight, cross fit, or circuit training, I also plan on getting back into rugby and MMA which I haven't been able to do for a while. Other than working out and sports in my spare time I don't do very much, I love to relax and drink coffee when I can. Usually its me just running to work or class with a hot coffee in hand trying not to spill it on myself.
