My name is Kamryn Roxburgh, I am a junior at Maypearl High school which is in Maypearl TX. I make A's and B's. i plan on attending Texas State University to get my bachelors degree in health to become a physical therapist. I have tried to multiple things to find a passion of mine its gone from sports to cosmetology school, it has been a bit difficult but I have been looking into about in the heath part of careers and I looked at the pay to the education and to what I have to do to get to my goal. My mom has don't physical therapy and I gone to work with her before, se worked in a retirement home so they are mostly elder people and I love older people and being able to work with them would be a great job to go to everyday, it may be a challenge some days and the elder people may not be the most positive or happy but I can be there to help them in all ways and be there for them.this summer and next school year I will be able to have the opportunity to have a internship at the retirement home my mom use to work at, its going to be a great experience and I feel like that is kind of more my scene then in a hair salon. I pray that everything goes as planned or better planned this summer and next school year.
