Hello, Kathleen here! I have recently earned my Masters of Science in Public Relations in September 2017 as well as my Bachelors of Arts in English in August 2016, both from Quinnipiac University. I am now looking to begin a meaningful career and be able to share my passions of learning, travel, and sharing experiences with others.

I took the best turn when studying abroad in the fall of 2014 in Cork, Ireland. I have found my passions in experiencing other cultures and learning by doing. I learned to allow myself to jump into the pool before testing the water, and embracing whatever comes next.

Through my graduate and undergraduate education I was able to get involved in Quinnipiac's Department of Cultural and Global Education where I was able to expand my horizons and assist my peers in doing the same. I went from an intern and trip participant to an advisor and trip leader, traveling to Ireland and Guatemala three times each.

During graduate school I was able to connect my passions to my degree while researching global education's contribution to nation building and public diplomacy, specifically people to people diplomacy.

Home base is Bloomfield, New Jersey for me, although you can more often find me elsewhere...from New York City, to Guatemala City, or Cork City.

Mindful volunteering and traveling are high on my list as I am thankful to have found myself in the opportunities I've had. I am passionate about nonprofit and philanthropic work as I am laying the foundations to make these passions life long careers.
