Kandace Phillips

Kandace Phillips is an Oklahoma native, born and raised in Woodward, Oklahoma. Kandace set herself apart by being extremely involved in her high school and church youth group. Kandace played tennis and basketball in high school as well as holding the position of head cheerleader both junior and senior years, winning state championships both years! She also served her school as a class officer and the salutatorian of her class. She values her small town upbringing and the relationships she made there. After high school, Kandace went on to attend the University of Oklahoma (Go Sooners!) and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations.

Kandace spent the next 10 years of her life in the music industry. She moved to New Braunfels, Texas to work as a Red Dirt/Texas Music band manager. Eventually, she went on to start her own management company back in Oklahoma.

In 2012, Kandace decided to make a big change and finally follow her true passion. She became a design assistant for a residential home builder while working towards her real estate licensure. In the process, she gained knowledge in working with contractors, vendors, new home building procedures, permits, and interior design. This educational experience would prove priceless as she transitioned into residential real estate sales full time.

Kandace believes there is something so incredible about helping people achieve a lifelong goal, whether it is buying their first home or their next dream home. With her design and construction knowledge, she is an excellent resource for helping you stage or update your current home prior to putting it on the market to help you get the most value out of your sale. Kandace now resides in Edmond with her three kids, Avery, C.J., and Anabella. She enjoys spending her free time with her children, at the gym, or sippin’ a drink by the pool on a hot summer day!
