Kanika Misra

I'm a student of life and, boy, do I love to learn.

Besides conversation and general relationships with people, my biggest passions have always been athletics and travel. There is so much to learn and so much to see - I'm not stopping until I explore as much as this life allows me. As for athletics, between playing soccer, basketball, and lacrosse throughout my life, I found an identity between those end-lines. Sports have taught me some of my most valuable lessons on how to succeed anywhere in life; you need a few special skills: drive, passion, positivity, respect, the ability to listen, humility, discipline, trust, and understanding. From there, the rest will fall into place.

I graduated from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts in 2014 with a B.S. in Marketing Communications: Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Business Studies. I am currently happily working at a fast-paced, quickly growing startup near Boston. My experience primarily resides in marketing within startups, non-profits, medical, and athletic-based companies. I like to get involved. I like to help people. I like believing I can overcome any obstacle and complete any task. Mostly, I love that you took the time to learn about me - thank you!
