Kanna Rook

O'Fallon, MO

Cancer fighter by day, writer/photographer by night.

As a Senior Community Manager for the American Cancer Society, I am responsible for managing up to 200 volunteers and fundraising through Relay For Life, with an end goal of raising more than $300,000 annually for the American Cancer Society.

In my five years with ACS as a volunteer and employee, I've raised nearly $900,000.

In addition to event planning, fundraising and fighting cancer, I'm also passionate about social media, writing and photography.

I am currently a Street Team writer and photographer at What's Up St. Chuck, St. Charles County’s go-to website to find events, local restaurant/winery/bar features and reviews, fitness activities like sports leagues, runs and so much more! As a native of St. Charles County, I have grown to love my hometown and all that it has to offer, so promoting it comes naturally to me!
