I am a communications professional with more than 25 years of experience in print, television, digital and social media. I worked as a print and television journalist in various Indian media houses for 13 years. Since 2000, I have led web and social media communications in a number of international NGOs and UN agencies.

My professional experience spans small to big-size organisations in private, non-profit and public sectors. I have lived and worked in multicultural environments and am fascinated by the intercultural phenomena, especially in business environments. I take special interest in management and leadership issues for global organisations.
