Kany J. Henry (born Luketa Kanyinda Jonathan, May 25, 1994) is a Congolese filmmaker, screenwriter, and director known for his innovative approach to filmmaking using smartphones. He is the founder of KWG Films, a production company established in 2010, and has gained recognition in both the film and music industries for his unique style and versatility.
== Early life and education ==
Kany J. Henry was born on May 25, 1994, in Kisangani, Democratic Republic of Congo, into a family of six children. He is the second-to-last son of Tshindibu Marceline Meta, an accountant, and Martin Shimbi Kanyinda, a major general in Congo-Kinshasa.
From an early age, Kany showed an interest in storytelling and the arts, which led him to pursue a career in Filmmaking courses. In 2010, at the age of 16, he founded KWG Films, where he began Writing process and Director directing, film short films and Webseries
