Hey, I’m Kapil.

I am a dynamic and assertive person with 17+ years of diverse experience in the field of Project & Operations Management, Business Head, Education Mentoring and General Administration. I am multifaceted, IIT & IIM Graduate, Certified Project Management Professional with sufficient experience to take on immediate assignment in any of the above filed.

Currently I am working with Su-kam Power System Ltd. as Business Head (Solar Division). Previously worked with JBM Group as Plant Head, with Indus Towers Ltd.as Program Manager (Mass Deployment) and in Indian Air Force as Fleet Operations Head.

I also worked with few Coaching centers as regular guest faculty for extending my expertguidance to students preparing for various Medical and Engineering Entrances Exams.

I am having good exposure for Planning, Consulting and Company Expansion from zero to Operational level.

While working in one of my past company I was closely associated with Company's SkillDevelopment Division for effective utilization of Govt. subsidyand Skilled Manpower aswell.
