Kara Sommerville is not only the driving force and name on the door of one of Central Florida's most dynamic real estate companies- she also is one of the area's premier real estate sales professionals. Over the past four years, Kara has ranked among the top 50 Realtors in Central Florida and was recognized by Florida Homebuyer Orlando Magazine's Five Star Real Estate Agent in 2011 for her expert knowledge and expertise in the Orlando real estate market. The Five Star Real Estate Agent award is an elite group, representing less than 3% of licensed agents in the Orlando area.

Kara launched her real estate career in 2004 with an established Winter Park real estate firm, Century 21 and over the next 4 years was one of the firm's top performers. In 2008 she was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and started Sommerville Real Estate Group. Kara is a resident and Native to Central Florida. She was born in Winter Park, Florida attended school at Oviedo High and the University of Central Florida.
