Working in interactive, intentional relationship, I assist individuals, groups and teams as they identify their goals and take positive steps to achieve them. As a direct result of my coaching clients gain clarity and achieve results more effectively than they could on their own.

The rich tapestry of my life experiences--in which people, time, cultures, generations, faith and disciplines form the warp and woof--one bright, continuous thread is woven: the delight of discovery. Coaching provides the structure, the "loom," to bring together my degrees in education, my experience as a trainer and facilitator for the U.S. Army, and my deep desire to offer inspiration for courage and adventure so that others discover and live into their unique purpose.
