Karam Chahal is a Certified Specialist of Wine and a Certified Specialist of Spirits, deemed by the Society of Wine Educators, and he is the only person in his division to carry the Glazer's Product Knowledge Expert title.

He is an MBA candidate at the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and has two Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing and Management. He is a member of the Tech Marketing Association and has served as the organization's Membership & Publications Officer and Treasurer.

Karam led case depletion growth in Houston grocery accounts for E&J Gallo Winery in the past two years, sold the largest Barefoot Refresh display in the United States to date, developed and trained three sales representative's for promotion to district sales manager, and trained twelve sales trainees.
