Currently, Bill is CEO of TeachMe, a developer of advanced educational games and apps. TeachMe launched with feature coverage in Alberta Venture and Domain Name Journal.
Previously, Karamouzis developed AddictingGames into one of the most visited websites in the world. In 2005, AddictingGames was acquired by Atom Entertainment. This sale was substantial enough to require approval under the Investment Canada Act and Bill was one of the largest shareholders of Atom Entertainment when it was acquired by Viacom for 200 million dollars in August 2006.
In 2008 Bill launched Hallpass Media which grew to over 6 million gamers monthly before being acquired by MindJolt (SGN). This sale received coverage in the New York Times, All Things D, TechCrunch, Venture Beat and other publications.
