I love working on designing products and features, and contributing to all aspects of a project: from high-level strategic planning down into the details of the final HTML, CSS, and JS to bring my designs to life. My focus is on using user-centered design methods and design thinking to analyze, improve, and create information and technology products. My specialty is taking complicated concepts and creating products that are beautiful, delightful, and intuitive to use.

When I am not working I like to experiment with photography, play with my cats, fence with the SCA (I am a member of the Order of the Bronze Ring in the Midrealm and study and teach German two-handed longsword), cook, garden, explore, or just kick back and relax with a beer.
