I am a graduate from the University of Rhode Island, with a BA in Chinese Language and Literature & Political Science. I have marketing experience with Insigma Hengtian Software, a Chinese software company located in Hangzhou China.

I believe that learning is a life long responsibility, and as such I am always trying to learn something new and better myself. One thing that I particularly love learning about is other cultures, whether it be a country's history, its cuisine, or its language. In my free time, I am studying another type of language, programming. I am self taught in HTML, CSS, and am in the process of learning javascript.

Hengtian Software Provides Data Collection and Data Analysis Services to China CITIC Bank

This past October, Hengtian signed a contract with China CITIC Bank. In the contract, Hengtian agreed to provide data collection and data analysis services for the Hangzhou branch of China CITIC Bank.

Using advanced data collection technology and advanced data collection techniques,Hengtian’s Big Data and Analytics Team mined a large amount of required data from specific company websites for the Risk Management Department of the China CITIC Bank. Using data gathered via China CITIC Bank's Precision Marketing, Hengtian’s Big Data and Analytics Team combined statistical analysis with machine learning to classify hundreds of thousands of credit card and debit users. The team then selected a minority of these users and classified them as "superusers" and pinpointed these users for telephone marketing. By doing this, Hengtian helped to greatly improve the success rate of CITIC Bank's call center appointment service.
