Hello, I’m Ajibike Kareem Damilare. I’m popularly known as RDB for my influence in research writing, freelancing and managing projects. I'm a student of Obafemi Awolowo University currently in my penultimate level but resides in Lagos as a permanent residential area. I have knowledge about the following: Visionary Thinking, Task Strategy and Planning, Action Towards Every Strategy and Planning, Learning of Several Skills.

Let me talk-take you to my VISION:

From a young age, I always knew I was meant to be different. Whenever I was asked what I wanted to become in the future, my answer was always the same: a Business Scientist. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what it meant, but I had a strong vision of who I wanted to become, shaped by the dreams I constantly saw myself living.

As a child, I owned a notebook where I sketched out my future. I designed business ideas, mapped out plans, and even imagined inventions, one of them being an AeroBus. I wasn’t just dreaming; I was thinking, creating, and building a vision long before I understood the full path to it.

In 2016, my life took a difficult turn. My household faced serious struggles, and in the midst of it, I had to put my vision on hold. Survival became the priority. But even through that period, I never lost sight of who I wanted to become.

I understood that my journey would require a strong academic and practical foundation. My plan was clear: study Accounting as a first degree, then Engineering as a second degree combining both disciplines to become the Business Scientist I envisioned.

I remember writing in my planning book that I would build a solid foundation for my life at most by the age of 20, a base that would make everything I plan to be easier to build and more meaningful. The solid foundation was financial background and growth.

Now, I am almost 21. I may not have built that foundation yet, but I still have something just as powerful: the vision.

I know I am skilled, intelligent, and resourceful. I have done many things to survive, but I also recognize that survival is not the same as building. What I seek now is not just income, but direction: something that aligns with my purpose and helps me create the life I have always seen for myself. Finances will give me the land that directs me.

I am driven by the desire to live a fulfilled life, not just in dreams, but in reality. And I am ready to start building, intentionally and strategically, toward that future.
