For the past 15 years Kareem Davis has been a recording engineer music producer film director and editor. In 1997 he attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he ran a succsessful college radio show. Shortly after college he became a resident DJ one of the largest night clubs in Pittsburgh,PA. His audio engineering skills lead him to work with clients such as Pittsburgh Steelers. While working long nights in the recording studio he also booked and promoted his Hip-Hop Group own shows in the area. In the year 2002 he moved to New York City and formed a music production team that sold beats to recording artist and recording labels. He also opended up a recording studio in Mid-Town Manhattn and recorded artist such as Biz-Markie Wu-Tang Members and Pete Rock. Unfortunatley he had to close the doors to the studio and then began filming for the DVD Hip-Hop Uncensored vol.6 working with the likes of Chamillionare Julez Santana and Rick Ross. His passion for film at that point earned him a position at the very first branded Internet-TV platform Sandbox TV. He then worked closley helping launch the careers of Lil Mama and Siagon editing and filming videos for both artist. Around 2008 SBTV had to close it's doors like most of the upstart businesses. Then Kareem worked as a General Manager with TOPMICS where he coordinated a promtional tour in over 30 different cities in America. He then started to produce for BRL Productions where he produced directed or editied serveral music videos. His background in sales and marketing led him to his current position as Marketing Consultant with MIR Marketing.
