I am a spiritual walker in love with the human experience. A creature of shadows and lights, embracing all that she is and sculpting all that is there in her to be.

For over 20 years I have studied different spiritualities and paths to inner wisdom and Spirit. I have given up on being a paper-thin saint and I'm learning to cook cupcakes instead.

But the call to serve is there. So I have trained as spiritual counselor/coach and Interfaith minister. And now all that I am is coming together in a project called Journeying Soul http://almainterspirit.sgv2.com/

I help people let go of filters and non-useful beliefs; heal the past, live in the present, co-create the future; develop an awareness of spiritual wholeness. I guide them in the creation of a personal practise for their inner truths and spirituality. I weave bridges to reconnect to the Divine of their understanding and see its handiwork in their lives. And I design beautiful, bespoke ceremonies and transformational rituals which celebrate life and honour people's true values and uniqueness.
