Karen Diepholz

Currently serving as the interim CFO at foreign medical device manufacturer OrthoScan, Karen Diepholz has provided strong leadership throughout her career in finance. Beginning her career at a small bank in the Midwest, she has since worked in leadership positions in large to mid-size consumer product, manufacturing and technology companies.

One cause that is very important to Karen is women's leadership. She is very aware of the imbalance between men and women in leadership roles in the workplace and wants to share her experiences for other women to learn from.

Karen was selected to be a member of Phoenix Women's Leadership in 2000.
