Karen Greaves

I am passionate about agile. I've spent my entire career in software development in numerous different roles, but only really felt at home when I discovered eXtreme Programming in 2002. Since rolling out Scrum to a team of 80 people in 2008 I have become a Scrum evangelist. An active member of the South African Scrum User Group, I have helped bring many international agile experts to South Africa. I have also presented at several international agile conferences. I have hands on experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum Coach and Manager in an agile environment. I love training, and helping people realize their full potential.
