I believe choosing connection is the key to more ease, calm and joy in our family and professional lives, as well as lasting social change and a more peaceful world.

As a philologist and linguist with over 20 years experience as a professional in the fields of interpersonal relationships, communication, learning, personal and child development, as well as a mum and twin mum of three bilingual teens, I offer new perspectives on parenting, family life, team leadership, communication and conflict resolution.

I support international, multilingual and intercultural families and teams to find non-violent and respectful ways to connect and work together, building strong relationships based on equal dignity, trust and collaboration.
