As a young, competitive figure skater, I found my passion: momentum. Performing with contemporary dance company, Nikolais and Murray Louis Dance, studying with contemporary classical and jazz dance legends and earning a Master of Fine Arts degree at NYU, I embarked early on in a mission to understand movement in many forms. I have choreographed, studied, trained and taught in many disciplines, loving all levels of body artistry--all ages, and all stages.

I consider my specialty intelligent movement practices. Presently, I teach ballet classes and offer individualized GYROTONIC®️mind/body conditioning practice. I love creative projects that focus on collaborative process and in turn elicit thoughtful little gems of discovery.
