I like to use my knowledge of latest thinking in HR practice alongside my ability to see the bigger picture to drive forward both individual and organisational results. I am organised and decisive.

What do I love doing? Fundamentally anything which adds value to individual and organisational performance… helping people and businesses be at their best. Since running my own consulting business I have continued to build on my organisational development skills in the following areas: organisational performance, HR capability, talent management, organisational diagnostics, global resourcing, executive development.
