I am in charge of caring and maintaining the community of followers of Liverpool as well as being the junction point between the needs of customers and fans with the brand.
With the SoMe team we extract the relevant conversations in the cloud to let them reach to the responsibles within the company, I´am constantly monitoring the different RS in search of the image we are giving as Liverpool as well as the direct or indirect competition to define and optimize the strategy.
Working hand to hand with the areas of customer service, off / on line marketing, guiding the results provided customer service, empathy with the followers of Liverpool, keeping active listening and creativity to solve everyday cases.
My main skills are negotiation ability, achievement oriented, and innovation that allows me to have the ability to adapt to the rapid changes occurring in the social networking world.
