Hello, I am Karen.

I am the Senior People & Culture Manager for DLF Canada Inc.

DLF is a global seed company, and we pride ourselves in making a meaningful impact and our purpose is to enrich land, life and people through seeds and science.

Do you know the value & impact of a little grass seed? Feeds animals, creates oxygen, reduces erosion, removes carbon dioxide, improves air and water quality by filtering pollutants, creates beauty in lawns, turf at the golf course, pitch at the stadium and much more!

I am so proud to work at DLF!

I have a deep passion for my purpose, which is developing people—whether through coaching, training, or mentorship. I’ve spent many years in leadership and HR roles and delivering training in HR and leadership development. Most recently, I was honoured to be asked to lead our North American Culture LEAD Program. Helping others grow, build confidence, and reach their potential is truly where I thrive.

I joined this Queens University program to learn what “new” looks like in the world of training in the workplace. I love learning and as each year goes by, I challenge myself to learn more.
