I am the Human Resources Manager for DLF Canada Inc.

I work remote and I live in Tillsonburg, Ontario Canada. My office is at all of our sites across Canada. I have passion in my purpose which is developing people, whether it be coaching or training. I have been delivering training for many years in HR and Leadership and joined this program to learn what “new” looks like in the world of training. Change & continuous improvement is everywhere, and I do not want to be lagging in my skills. I love learning and as each year goes by, I challenges myself to learn more.
