Karen Miller

Attorney Karen B. Miller has been a member of the California State Bar since 1996. Her law practice primarily focuses on family law issues, such as divorce, paternity actions, child custody/visitation, child support, spousal support, domestic violence (restraining orders) and complicated family law issues (those cross-over cases with criminal and probate law issues). Ms. Miller personally understands family law issues and takes each case very seriously.

Ms. Miller was presented with three awards for her participation as a Temporary Judge in the Los Angeles Superior Court, while she has presided over traffic ticket matters. She also represents clients in traffic ticket cases, such as failure to appear, moving violations, driving without a license or a suspended license.

Since Ms. Miller received not only a Juris doctorate degree but also a Master's degree in Speech Communications (Summa Cum Laude), she effectively communicates with her clients and the courts. Ms. Miller also regularly serves as Minor's Counsel in which she represents the minor child. She is also certified as a trained mediator in which both parties can develop a complete settlement agreement and/or parenting plan without ever having to go to court.
