Karen Campbell is an Anchor/Reporter for WTHR in Indianapolis.
Before moving to the Hoosier state in 2019, she was a reporter for WBAL in Baltimore.
She’s worked for WBFF, WHSV, WBOC, Prince George's Community Television, and Charm TV's "Game Changers." Karen also did traffic reporting for WBAL News Radio 1090, as well as live news reports for WNAV in Annapolis.
Karen began her career as a print reporter at Public Opinion newspaper in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. She won a Keystone Press Award for team coverage on high school athletes and concussions.
When she's not working, Karen enjoys teaching fitness classes, like Zumba. She's a certified personal trainer and is CPR certified.
She is a board member with the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Indiana Chapter, and the Indianapolis Public Library's African American History Committee.
