Hello I am Karen, a few things you should know about me are I live in Newnan, GA and have been a dentist for the last 10 years. I love my work but there is so much more about me.

My Hobbies include country music, big trucks, anything in the mud, my aquarium and my Yorkie.

I recently lost about 60 pounds with a ton of sweat tears and my Advocare weight loss products.

I am passionate about my health and fitness and recently I started a health and fitness blog call Online Fitness Team, you have to check it out and tell me what you think, I am new so dont criticize to much.
